110m Hurdles – The 110 metres hurdles is a hurdling track and field event for men. For the 110 m hurdles, the first hurdle is placed after a run-up of 13.72 metres from the starting line. The next nine hurdles are set at 9.14 metres from each other, and the home stretch from the last hurdle to the finish line is 14.02 metres long.
400m Hurdles – The 400 metres hurdles is a track and field hurdling event. On a standard outdoor track, 400 metres is the length of the inside lane, once around the stadium.
